American team Penske Racing are considering making a return to
Formula One in 2008, providing the cost of competing is brought
down, autosport.com has learned.

The FIA has unveiled its plans for a low-cost Formula One
from 2008 amid concerns from president Max Mosley that
the sport's current levels of expenditure are unsustainable.

you know? Busch cars have a 5 inch shorter wheelbase
then Cup cars. Busch motors have a 390 cfm carb. and a roller
cam. Cup motors have a 750 cfm carb and a flat tappet cam.
